no longer BF: now have boob pain
I don't feel engorged. I haven't BF'd in over a week, so it's not a matter of pumping. I just noticed that my left boob felt kinda hard in one spot. Do you think it's a clogged duct? Should I call the doctor tomorrow morning? It doesn't feel like a lump. DH is concerned though, more so than me even and wants me to go to the doc tomorrow.

I t could be clogged. I think some of the girls on here said try a warm shower, maybe warm compress, or cabbage leaves. I don't think you necessarily have to go to the dr, unless it's red or hurts.

ya...i just tried massaging it with a warm wet washcloth...didn't really do much difference. I hope the shower will help in the am.
