I read it. We where having major problems with ds at night so I read no cry sleep solution and and Healthy Sleeping Habits Healthy child. I think a lot of the tips in the book are very helpful. I didn't log (which is one of the major aspects of the book) but I followed a lot of the other suggestions and DS has been doing so much better with his sleeping at night and with his naps!
