No circulation in legs?
Anyone else feel this way at the end of the day?
The Dr has taken me out of work bc of my feet and ankle selling so I sit most of the day with my feet up but still - by the end of the day I feel like there is no circulation and it is sooo uncomfortable.
Anyone know how to relieve this?

Im like that with my left cankle and foot !! they never took me out of work but told me to elevate it as much as possible I hope you feel better

I can't sleep bc of this and it' starting to move to my arms too...it's painful and annoying
