Just to prepare yourself for the range of responses you might get to this question, you might want run some searches on designer breeds and BYBs from these boards... People have different (sometimes strong) opinions. (Not judging or being snide -- just giving a heads up...)

No worries. Like I said, I wasn't trying to judge or be rude AT ALL. If you weren't around to see that those threads that got heated, you just might not be prepared for potentially heated responses, that's all.
