Re: Nipple size and spit up ?
DD is 4 months and I'm still using slow flow. She's breastfed so whenever she takes the bottle and she doesn't have to work for it as much, she chugs it down and usually winds up spitting up more.

Nipple size and spit up ?
My daughter never changed flow from slow until I took her off bottles. My DS is 9months now and is till on slow flow as well. Both kids were BF and bottle fed from day one.
ETA I would def stay with slow if she has reflux and spit up. The faster flow will just make her gulp quicker and can create more air.

Re: Nipple size and spit up ?
Stayed with the slow flow. Tried medium at 6 months and she volcano vomiited up the whole bottle. Went back to slow flow and never changed ever
Slow flow is DEFINITELY better for reflux and spit up

Re: Nipple size and spit up ?
Reflux meds has nothing to do with spitting up. Spitting up is quite normal because the baby's digestive system is still so immature.
