night wakings 9 months ADVICE please
DD has always been a good sleeper and she puts herself to sleep. BUT for the past couple of nights around10-11 i hear this high pitched scream/cry and shes standing in her crib. i go in and lay her down and rub her back for a bit but as soon as i left she cries again. i then have to rub her back until shes completely asleep. (as shes falling a sleep she keeps checking to see if im there)
SHould i let her cry it out?
im i forming a bad habit by rubbing her bacK?

I don't think you're forming a bad habit, you're soothing her.
Try the CIO method, she might just lie down after a while and put herself back to sleep.
