night waking/wakeful period
I am completely at a loss for what to do.
After DD's 12 month visit she started going through a wakeful period that lasted just about 3 months. then she started sleeping again for about 2 weeks.
Now, at almost 16 months, she is back to waking up again. We normally let her talk/laugh/whatever until she cries. Then once she cries we go in and offer her water. DH and I try so hard to not give her a bottle before 5 am but sometimes its the only way we can get her back to sleep.
Any advice? Anyone else go through this??

No advice, but lots of hugs because I can imagine how frustrating it is

I- could it have anything to do with the time she takes her nap during the day? maybe see if an earlier nap will help. hopefully she'll be more tired and will sleep through the night.
