Night time routine?
At what age did you start to establish a nighttime routine? Or any routine? And what is it?
I am still letting Ben call the shots and here I am at 4:39am on LIW.
He will be 8 weeks on Saturday.

I started around 3 months with dd. Just giving the last feeding and "putting her down in her co-sleeper." Rather than the swing.
Really now that she is 4 months Im going to soon start cereal and fooods thats when it gets a lot easier,. With my boys thats when the real routine started.

at her 6 week appt the ped recommended the 4 B's:
Bath
Bottle
Book
Bed
She is now 19mos and we still follow this routine.

Not till like 6-8 months old. We didnt have any sleep problems till then, so we never really thought about it.

We started as soon as possible.
I always nursed at night before we would put her down for bed in a dark room. It started with the "wipe down" with a warm washcloth at night when she was a newborn, then eventually developed into the bathtime routine. Then as she got older we added books to the routine...which then turned into our permanent routine:
bath
books
boob
bed
