Next time I get a burst of energy....
I have to remember that it only lasts for a short time period! When I went to the supermarket today I picked up fixings to make beef stew. I thought it would be nice to bring for lunch tomorrow with the yucky weather. The recipe I have is approx 3-4 hours for everything to cook right, but I like to leave it on for a bit longer so the potatoes and carrots are a little softer. Well, next time I get a burst of energy at 7 at night, I need to remind myself NOT to start making stew! Now I'm stuck waiting for this to finish cooking so I can go to bed  Not only that, but by 8pm I was ready for bed...I just do not have the stamina to cook stew at this point.
But it does smell AMAZING in the house right now

You mean like baking at almost 10 at night? Oh yeah, energy happens all of the time only to bite me in the a$$. So much pain afterward.
I hate you energy and your food making ways.
P.S. Beef Stew is awesome, I made some last week!

Hahaha, yep! Luckily it is almost finished  I can't wait to have a small bowl of it before I go to bed...yummm
