Im going to get my hands on a few Mary Jane Tights that way I won't need to stress about shoes. I believe amazon and ebay sells them as well.

Newborn size tights
Target has Newborn size Tights and Mary Jane Tights. I like the Mary Jane Tights because you don't have to worry about shoes and the feet of the tights have grips.
