Newborn Photography... How much?
What would you say is the average price to get these pics done? I haven't researched yet and have no clue! TIA!

I'm paying 200 which is reasonable! I know a lot of other photographers charge a lot more.

from what i've looked up, most charge around $250 for the session fee, not including the pictures

It ranges from like $200-1000s! I did a lot of research when i was looking for one and the more expierenced, higher end photogs are pricey But you can find a great one at a decent price.
They usually charge a session fee and then a print or digital files fee. I think its best to get digital files with a print release(very important) so you can print as many as you want, make photo books, announcement cards, etc...
Im personally using christine melissa. Shes Amazing and I felt reasonably priced.
Start your research by going to websites looking at portfolios see whose work you like then contact them and not only get prices but feel out their personality. Work with who makes you most comfortable.

We paid $850. This included ownership of the digital files which is something we always pay more for (almost doubles the price).

My friend just had her baby and she paid about $500, she got a cd with the images on it, and I think a big print. I am not sure if that was the package the she put together or the photographer does.
