Newborn Photography- Home vs. Studio
If youhad a newborn photographer, did you have them come to the house or did you go to the studio?
Please also suggest your newborn photographer because i am looking to book.
Thanks ladies!

Newborn Photography- Home vs. Studio
We used foxcubs and her 1st session was at home and was not very successful at all. There was a lot of stuff and we live in a small apt so the baby did not coopearate at all. It was much more calming and quieter in the studio and we got the shots. We worked with Justin and he was so patient with DD and the shots came out great! Their prices are great too!
My profile pic is from her 6 month shoot. We will also be using them for her 1 year shoot.

I had her come to me. I was too exhausted to drive. We used sweet blossom studios.

We used Anne Hack and went to her. It was fine. It would have been harder and taken longer for her to set up here.

We used Buratino Photography and we went to her studio. it worked out perfectly for us. She had an endless supply of props at her disposal. I feel we would have been limited if we had it at our house.
I also agree with the PP it would have taken forever to set up.

I used Tamta Photo. She came to us, and we live in a small apartment. She brought ALL of her props and did an amazing job with the space she had. Her prices are so reasonable and I love how the photos came out.
You can see her work on FB under TamtaPhoto. FM me if you have any questions.

Re: Newborn Photography- Home vs. Studio
We used AJ Nick photography and we we went to her studio. I considered having her come to us so we could use certain sections of the house in the pictures but we were flooded by the hurricane so we ended up going to her. She had a lot of cute backdrops and a lot of props -much more than she would've had if she'd come to our house.

This time I'm using Sweet Blossoms and she's coming to me as well.
I would have no problem going to a studio, but it's probably easier to have her come to me since I will have 3

Re: Newborn Photography- Home vs. Studio
We prefer the studio (have done both). The photographer knows the lighting and has all her props at her fingertips. There is no way a photographer could possible bring all the lighting, tripods, backgrounds and props on the road. Plus, our house has poor lighting and there are more distractions here.
