Newborn Photo Props
What did everyone buy for newborn photo shoot? I'm going a little crazy looking at stuff on etsy so I'm wondering what I really should be focusing on. I'm having a  so headbands are a given. Anything else that is a must have or you really loved? Thanks.

I didn't buy anything, my photographer had a ton of stuff and brought it all with her. In the end I'm glad I didn't because some of the stuff can get pricey and there isn't much use for it after the pictures are over. I would see what your photog has and then go from there!

This....I only bought a headband/diaper ruffle combo, but honestly didn't need it. My photog had lots of props, hats, headbands, tutus, etc.

I bought a little lavender hat, a purple headband, and my SIL bought a purple tutu.
Everything else I figure my photographer will supply.
ETA: everything I bought I would have bought anyway, regardless of whether or not I was having a shoot. I know I was told not to worry because she had a ton of stuff.

your photog will have so much
only anything personal if u want..
like for our twins we had thing 1 thing 2 stuff
i put my dd in my softball glove with a ball
we put ds laid out on a isles jersey with a puck and knit skates

For DS I bought a peapod and a bear hat. Anything else I used was hers. Once I know what I'm having I'll look for other things.

The photographer will have props that are tailored to their "look" or style. If you really have something that you really want to have then certainly have it and bring it but just inform the photographer prior. This way they have the opportunity to factor it in to their setup and make sure the set matches with it.
To be honest i am mostly anti prop and try to limit the stuff but i know many people love the stuff LoL
