Newbie here, starting out with a question

Well, AF showed on the second to last day of our vacation in Mexico. Ugh! Now we are in our 13th cycle TTC, I had an early m/c in October, which feels like a lifetime ago. I think I need to start along the infertility path.

In your experience, should I start with my regular OB/GYN or go to a RE? I have good insurance coverage in this area, from what I understand and have seen when I glanced at my medical coverage book (I'm a public school employee on the teacher's contract so I have Empire).

Thanks! I have read some of your RE recommendations on others' posts so I want to place a call on Monday morning to a doctor and get going with this now.

If your OB knows your history and you have good coverage, then go straight to a recommended RE. The process can be long and time consuming, so I would jump in with both feet!
