New Years Eve
Doesn anyone have any suggestions on things to do in Long Island for New Year's Eve, preferably Nassau? I'm new to the Island and want to go somewhere where there is dinner and dancing. Anyone going anywhere special or ever been anywhere nice?

You can probably check out local catering halls. They usually do dinner and dancing.

We went to Lands End last year with a big group of friends. It was a lot of fun but wayyyy to crowded. I'm definitely not rushing to do it again.

It's not nassau but north shore suffolk....The Miller Place Inn. We went two years ago and it was fabulous and not too expensive. they have a band and in the other room they have a dj, so there is music for everyone.

I did this with a group of friends ages ago. We had a blast. It was like attending a really fun wedding.
