new ww points for eggs/egg whites/meats
Hi,
Ok, I have the calculator, but not the new book. Can someone please tell me the points for the following:
Eggs
Egg Whites
Steak (assuming it's a lesser fat steak)

1 Egg = 2 Points
3 Egg Whites = 1 Point
Steak = 2 Points per ounce
