new furnace?
How much does a new furnace cost? We are looking into replacing ours and DH told me to go ask my girls what a new one might cost!

2 years ago we got a new boiler and hot water heater and it was $4,000 installed.

We just had one put in it was $5600 and I think it is called a vented system yet I alway say it wrong and my DH always has to correct me. We had a gas furnace from 1956 that used the chimmy to vent out of--our new system doesn't need a chimmney and we have a metal pipe that sticks out of the side of our house a little (nothing a bush can't cover).
