nervous
I am about 7.5 wks and yesterday I had very light pink on the tp when I wiped. Happened only once. Then this morning when I wiped there was red blood w/ a little brown, almost clotty looking stain. It only lasted that one time. I have pee'd twice since then and there was no spottin at all. I just left a message for my dr. but I can't help but freak out a little. I'm waiting for a call back. Anyone have a similar experience? TIA.

Re: nervous
There have been alot of posts about bleeding that turned out to be nothing. It could be old blood from your prev cycle or just something that happens as your cervix is changing.
Good luck

Re: nervous
I had a similar experience at 6 weeks. It turned out to be nothing. I've heard of lots of people that spot all through out pregnancy. Lots of and please keep us updated.

Re: nervous
I had spotting at around 10-11 weeks. It turned out I had a partial previa that cleared up on its own by the Level II. Keep us posted!

Re: nervous
Thank you so much ladies. Reading this did make me feel a bit better. It's so hard for me to not freak out and overanalyze everything! I am supposed to go for my first sono on Wed.

Re: nervous
Ask your Dr to call in and get a blood test (stat) for your hcg and progesterone. Sometimes if your progesterone is low it can cause spotting. you can go on supplements if it is. As AP said, also a partial previa or subchorionic hematoma can cause spotting.

I am already on progesterone suppositories and am having more bloodwork done to check my levels on Wed. No more spotting so far today. Hopefully it was a one time thing. I just can't wait to see my dr.
