Can anyone give me any info on this for Suffolk County? My friend was put into a lotto and her number was called. She is now looking at a 3 bedroom house in Centereach. I wanted to know how do you go about getting put on the list for this grant.

Do you have to put any money down??
Are these house in bad shape?
Do you have to have perfect credit?
Are they houses in bad areas?

Any info would be great!!
