i dont like loud music anymore than the next guy BUT my neighbor upstairs is ridiculous.

EVRYTIME i play music they stomp on the floor like crazy.

BUT... i dont even have a stereo! its only the computer speakers! they dont even go loud!

not only that but this is at like 4pm. the latest i got ye olde floor/ceiling stomping at at 7pm!-- on a saturday!

sorry, i just dont get people. i only complain aout truly loud music at late night.
