Neighbor in foreclosure...

...and I feel surprisingly badly about it. They aren't the greatest neighbors- though it's more the older kids who throw beer cans and soda cans on our lawn- but the adults seem to work really hard and the younger kids are nice.

(I was curious about foreclosures in my area and happened upon an aerial pic that included MY house so I did a little more snooping. It's been for sale since Oct. but no one will pay the price they need.)

I know this will also hurt the value of my house but we've accepted that we will never be able to sell anyway.

A distressed sale- short or foreclosure would not be used to comp your house
