Needed...Licensed Plumber

We used A-1 plumbing (http://www.a-1sewer.com/
They promise free estimates, so they come to your house and will assess it for you, provide you with the cost, and if you don't like it, then you can thank them for your time.
We trust them - it's a family run business with father-son teams, my MIL has used them multiple times when she's had cesspool issues and toilet/faucet issues.
I'd definitely recommend them!

jack from lazersharp is the best. old school irish guy. honest as anything and extremely talented. he works out of new hyde park.
