Need your expert advise...
When I pee I get a pain, the only way I can describe it is it feels like a charlie horse in your leg but in my lower abdomen. It's like a tightening feeling but it really hurts! It's almost hard to straighten myself back up. Then after about 10 seconds it slowly dissipates. This has only started happening in the past couple of days.
This is my first pregnancy and I'm not sure what a contraction feels like but it almost feels like it could be one. Do you think it could be a contraction? And if so, should I be concerned because I'm only 20 weeks on Friday. TIA! I'm thinking about putting a call into the doctor? Has anyone else experienced this?

if it hurts when you pee, it sounds like a UTI. Make an appt. with your OB and get some medication.

It feels like the pain is coming from my uterus. It doesn't feel anything like a UTI. I don't have any other symptoms of a UTI??? I was just to the dr. recently and the always check my urine... and I didn't have a UTI.

I had that EXACT pain- just once. It was crippling- I swore it was a contraction. I went to the Dr- they checked my pee for something- didn't tell me what, then rushed me out of there- they didn't seem concerned and it kind of pisssed me off...
It's worth having them check on it, no?
