Need to Vent!!!
Argh!
I went to Quest Lab today for my GCT test (the 1 hour) at 7am.
The girl behind the desk said my prescription was not filled out in its entirety and they refused to test me!!!
Doctor is not in until 10, so I have to call at 10, and have them a fax a new prescription to Quest and then hopefully get a new appointment tomorrow morning!
What a PITA!!!
Sorry, had to vent! I know it's not the end of the world, but it's just so darn frustrating!

I hear you! I went to Quest last week to have a blood test and after letting me wait 20 minutes they told me I was suppose to fast. My Dr did not tell me that and when I called and asked they did not tell me that but of course, after I go there and wait.....UGH!

I called my doctor and they were real nice about it and faxed over a new prescription really fast.
I called Quest back and the lady there was pretty nasty and was like, "yes, we got your prescription" and was about to hang up, when I asked, "Is it acceptable, is it filled out to your standards?" and you can hear her slam the phone down while putting me on hold!
She comes back on and says yes, it is fine. So, I ask for her name and title to confirm, since I will be there at 7am tomorrow! 
Why are people so nasty? I just wanted to make sure it was correct!!!
