Need to share my struggle.. Tonight will be day 5 of no bottle

Well it WOULD have been.. but we gave in on Sunday night

I've been giving her a sippy with milk instead. She still ask for the bottle and last night even looked around the kitchen searching for it.

Sunday she got really no nap and was super cranky nothing was going to make her go down. We struggled through it but she woke up in the middle of the night unable to breathe (allergies) and even more cranky from lack of sleep and discomfort. Ugh We both just figured 'give her the bottle so WE can sleep' I know.. that's not very wise. But at 3am, you just want peace.

Last night she woke up around 4 and came to our room and she asked for a bottle but after we laid her down on our bed and got her sippy she was fast asleep.

My aunt go away with Friday night and we won on Saturday. So we are 3-1 right now.

Anyone done this and how long before they stop asking for the baba?

No advice - just

I'm trying to take it away from Sean now (16 months) but he insists on the 'bobble' - and when we give him the sippy instead he says - "no no bobble" ........and then gets desperate and says "PEAS" (please) -


HOW do you not give him whatver he wants after that ????

No advice - just
