need the experts on this
I really hope someone can help me with this.....I would really appreciate it:
Do you think that the actual size of a mature follie has anything to so with its success? For instance is a follie at size 28 more likely to be fertilized than a follie at size 19?
Also if you have more than one follie....once you detect the surge does that mean they ALL become accessible for fertilization? And do they all have an equal chance of being fertilized?

it also depends on your estrogen level, but size does matter in regards to whats immature, mature, or even overmature. If they are all mature, I dont think size matters.

I don't think follie sizes matter as long as they are bigger than 18. When you surge only the matured follies will release an egg. So you may have four follies but only two were mature at surge. Only those two would release.
