need some prayers UPDATED!
have a phone interview in 20 minutes and am totally nervous!
the job sounds perfect on paper (minus one drawback)
wish me luck!
Edit: Interview was quick but went well.
Have an in-person interview on Tuesday. Now the panic really sets in! I have nothing to wear! 
Anyone know how long the commute from queens (MV) to port washington would be? I will be driving. google maps says 30 minutes, but we all know that's a lie.

when I drive from Hick area to Jamaica in the AM it can take me over an hour. If you can take LIRR it might be better depending on the time of day,

I'm no help with the commute, but you are going against traffic.
I got a suit at JCPenney for an interview last month for $60. Blazer, pants, top and everything was actually really nice.

Give yourself 45 minutes to one hour to get to Pt. Washington, just in case.
Be early, this way you can stop for a cup of coffee and relax a bit before the interview.
And you can judge how long it really takes you.
Going against traffic doesn't mean anything anymore. There are a lot of reverse commuters out there.

I was thinking giving myself even an hour and a half (i hate being late)
Do i necessarily have to wear a suit?
I have a black straight skirt and was thinking just a button down.
I'm kind of a weird plus-size, and i'm afraid if i get a suit it will actually make me look more frumpy. If the bottom fits, the top will be swimming

I work in Port Washington. It takes ~20 minutes to get from LIE to PW via Searingtown Road around 8:30-9AM barring no issues. So I'd allocate 45 mins JUST for that section.
