Need some opinions
DS was sleeping through the night, then for about two weeks he was waking at 2:30 and not settling down until we gave him a "mini" bottle (4 ounces instead of 6). The past three nights he has been sleeping 7-5ish which is great! But then last night he again woke up at 2:30 and needed a bottle. Does he really NEED that bottle? He doesn't take a pacifier and can't be soothed back to sleep. CIO is not a option for us at this point. What else can we do? I don't mind giving him the bottle - the whole process takes like 15 mins and he goes back to sleep until 6ish...He is just over 4 months

IMO I would give the bottle. My son couldn't go that long without a bottle at that age.

Re: Need some opinions
At 4 months feed him if he's hungry. I'd also try upping his last bottle a little to see if that helps him get through the night. DS always takes his largest bottle as his last bottle.

I would give a bottle. You are entering teething and growth spurts. 4oz is just fine, but I wouldn't increase it.
