Need some help!

So, DH and I have the DR table. But we're afraid to use the table until we have the table covers for it.

Where in the world do I look for this? We want a felt pad to put over the table so we don't scratch the wood.

One of DH's friends put their babies car seat and it left a scratch, so I haven't allowed anyone near the table.

So, where do I look, or who do I call?

Please help!Chat Icon TIA!

Re: Need some help!

My parents got a glass cover for their kitchen table after it kept getting marks on it. I can ask them who they used, if you want.

Re: Need some help!

I think Bloomingdales has a service that they use for the pads. I think they use Guardian. I am sure any major furnitiure store can get you in contect with one...

And there is lots of stuff on Google -

Usually department store will carry them or sometimes the store where you bought the table can have it ordered

a lot of furniture stores have places to get the covers. I also think JCPenny's does too.

Re: Need some help!

We ordered our table pad from Raymour & flanigans.

Can you check with the manufacturer of your set?

Or take the dimensions of the table to a furniture store like Raymour and they can make one for you. Ours was $100.

Re: Need some help!

I had table pads made but I wouldn't do it again. A few years ago I found a pad, shaped like a table cloth, that you cut to fit your table. It was in the Solutions catalog and was no more than $20. It has replaced my table pads and everyone I tell about it loves it. I'm pretty sure they still sell it. Definitely worth the money imo.
