Need some Good luck dust please!

So last night we attempted to transition Ezra to the crib. This was after a failed attempt last month where for 4 nights he woke every hour and we decided he just wasn't ready then. He has been sleeping in the soothing motions glider and happy as a clam (only waking once a night to feed)but he is getting too big for it and he needs to be in the crib. The problem is he HATES to sleep flat, he has reflux and he just wakes up screaming every half hour to hour. We have a wedge in the crib but it doesn't seem to help, he just hates being flat. So fast forward to last night Chat Icon Chat Icon he woke up every hour, it was utterly exhausting and he was not a happy camper this morning. We haven't even tackled naps yet, he will only nap with motion (the swing, stroller, car) if he actually does fall asleep without motion it is for under 30 mins. Please, do you have any suggestions? or some good luck dust would help Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Hope eveything goes well.

Ds has reflux and our dr said if we wanted to to place a smaller pillow under the mattress to give it a small incline. ( we never did it though)

Hi- I only have a minute but I hope this helps.

Annasophia likes to be upright too and can not sleep flat on her back. Therefore I put the changing table matress/pad in her craddle and I place on her that. She sleeps fine. Before that she wouldn't sleep at all. She HATES being flat on her back.

Try it. If it works then all you have to do is buy a new changing table matress.

We are attempting the crib this weekend. I am confident she'll do fine as long as she is placed on the changing pad.

eta: DUH I forgot the most important part. The changing pad alone doesn't make it upright. What I did was put one of my DH sweatshirts underneath the top part of the pad and that elevated it.

How big is the boppy lounger? Will it fit in his crib?

Re: Need some Good luck dust please!

When we transitioned to the crib (both of my dcs had slight reflux) we did so with the car seat. I would put them to nap in the car seat in the crib...I did this for a few days until they felt comfortable in there.

wanted to say that once we put her in her crib we'll use books to elevate the changing pad instead of the rolled up blanket.
