need some bedtime tips....

After about month 2, Kailey has always been a great sleeper. Once asleep she stays asleep through the night, but ever since she has stopped the miracle blanket getting her to sleep has been more of a struggle.

Here is the routine....around 7/7:30 I giver her a bath, put her in PJs, feed her and she falls asleep. But when it's time for putting her in the crib wakes up the moment she hits the sheets. So I pick her back up and walk her back to sleep within minutes, try to put her bck down and this goes on for about 3 cycles. But then she is out for the night.

How do I get her to fall asleep easier?

I tried to let her CIA for a good 15 min and all that leads to is her totally working herself up.

Try a soother, I use Winnie the Poo , it glows and plays soft music.(there are a ton of soothers out there). Keep room dark.
Also when putting her down, pat her back or rub her bottom, whispering to her..ect.
Im sorta going thru the same exact thing, she needs to stay in the crib but know Im always there for her and it a safe place.

I was thinking about getting her a crib toy....She right now is sleeping in her arms reach co-sleeper. We are in the process of finishing her nursery, then she will be transistioned into her crib.

I think the space of the crib will be good for her, she can spread eagle and maybe sleep better..
Crib toy (soother) are great. I just learned about the Twilight Turtle, you can put that on a dresser and it projects on the ceiling...

the co sleeper is big, but maybe she'll like the crib even more. I was planning on a trip to BRU anyway. I'll check out all the soothers

Once we moved Nina to her crib she started sleeping better again. I think youll notice the same!
