Need small fencing help

So we need to fix/repair/replace our fence. Now, its not huge, we're in a condo and its only 2 sides, with the gate. Very tiny. Plus, it has to match with the pre-existing since its a condo. DH works like a dog and really doesn't have time to do it. My BIL (who could do it but is booked all summer because he is doing work to his own house). thinks it would be a 1 day job since its relatively tiny. Does anybody know how much this would cost or recommendations on people? I think its more of a handyman style job.

Call the office and put in a work order - I believe its there responsibilty - 472-2345. If they can't/won't do it, there is a guy on Dogwood who has done work for many people in the delevopment - he did my snow shoveling. Also, Charlie does some side jobs.

That's odd b/c my mom just put in a work order to have a post replaced.
