Need recommendation for pest inspection - Nassau

Hi! I'm new to this board, and I've done a little searching, but I hope I can get some more updated information today.

I need to get a pest inspection done for a home I am in the process of purchasing in the Baldwin area.

Does anyone have a reccomendation? I would also be interested to hear prices, if you have had this done recently.

TNT pest control in Bethapge. I use them for monthly spraying outside of my home, they do inspections to for houses. They are a lot more reasonable then the big companies,HTH

I got my pest inspection done along with the home inspection, as part of the price of the home inspection. The inspector gave me the paperwork I'll need for my mortgage. If you're doing a home inspection anyway, maybe you could go that route?

I'm going with the company you mentioned, princess99. Very good rates!

And DavaDay, we had our inspection done by an engineer who reccomended we get an additional pest inspection done - he was honest with us that pest inspection was not a specialty of his and he wanted us to get a very in-depth look at what kinds of issues we are facing.
