Need quick answer! Would you buy from a seller on ebay if
the item was an eyelash conditioner? The seller has great feedback and states that it's new and never been used, sealed and all that..would you feel it's safe to buy still? TIA

if it's sealed yeah. If you receive it and it isn't sealed or lookslike a shotty seal job then return it
Ive bought make up and make up items through ebay.... Just another thing people do on ebay.
It should be legit

Asian countries do not have patent protection like we do. So they would be saying it is one brand and it isn't.

I was agreeing with your purchase right up until you said it was from Hong Kong. I have heard (don't know how true) that Asian countries ban makeup. So if that's the case, how would they have it to sell it?

I've never heard of Asian countries banning makeup. I've worn various kinds in China, Mongolia, Japan, Korea and the Philippines without a problem.
