Need party menu suggestions

I am having a party for my work colleagues on Saturday. About 20 people total.

It will be in my home and usually I do a few hot dishes and appetizer, some chips and dips.

This year, I am picking up mini pastries from a local bakery as well.

I'm looking for menu ideas for the hot dishes/appetizer?

So far:

Baked ziti
Meatballs
Beef Tostados

I have 2 dip recipes I'll serve with bread, chips, crackers.

A Mexican layered dip.


What else?

Are you looking for a hot appetizer or another hot entree and some appetizers?

For apps:
I'd suggest cheese and cured meat plate with flatbreads and some chilled tri-color grapes. Obviously no good if it's a hot app you are after.

Roasted shrimp cocktail

Another entree:

Chicken Francaise is relatively simple.

Arroz con Pollo is easy for a crowd or Paella if you've got the money and desire.

Platter of fried chicken (I'd order it from Stop & Shop!)

Spiral Ham - heated and glazed.

roasted brussel sprouts with pancetta.

roasted root veggies with garlic and rosemary
