Need outdoor space for party
Our backyard is too small to host everyone for DD baptism, so we're looking to rent an outdoor area but I have no idea where to start.
Does anyone know of a location in Suffolk that will allow you to rent an outdoor space?

yes, the pavillion at the Holtsville Ecology Center. FM Couponmom, she did her DS's 1st birthday there.

Diamond in the Pines in Coram has a great pavillion. This is where we are doing our DS 1st bday. You need a permit, its $35 for a town resident and its an additional $50 for the pavillion for 4 hours. I can tell you that most of June is booked and I know july 2nd is booked ( i just booked it.  )

We are doing the twins baptism party at hoyt farm. Permit is $35 for under 50 people or $75 for 100

If you don't mind sharing, how are you handling the parking fee? Are you running a tab or are guest paying?

I have to get the number of the lady from the town from DH. She can tell you what days aren't booked. I will post tonight. The link below is to the permit. You have to print it and send it to them with the date and fee.

Hoyt would be great, but I'm unsure how I feel about the parking fee.
I'll give them a call tomorrow to see what dates they have available.

Schuberts beach in Smithtown, had a pavillion, playground and the beach and marina are right there. We actually went to a wedding there a few years ago.
