need opinions
For the light fixture in my living room (large room 20ft by 20 ft) there is a central light fixture. Going with a dark wood/Tuscan look.
First image is 27 inches wide,
Second is only 19 inches wide. (it is in my next post, couldn't post them together!) Image Attachment(s):

Is this a fixture that will be hung from the ceiling in the middle of the room? I just bought a light fixture for our dining room. One thing I wasn't sure of before I bought it was what size to get. I did some research and found out that the fixture"should" be the width of the dimensions of the room - since your room is 20 x 20, the fixture "should" be 40" wide. The 27" one might be OK, but I think the 19" one would definitely be too small. (But they're both really nice)

Wow, that really helps to know! I measured more accurately, and the room is really 16' by 16' (guess my foot over foot measurement wasn't quite accurate, lol).
