Need new toy suggestion....
DD is bored bored bored with her toys. She's almost 10 months. She can stand, but not quite cruising yet.
What are some good toys for an almost 1 year old?
OK second question...am I the ONLY mommy who hasn't tossed all the China toys? EVERY single toy AND book is from China. I tossed the few that were recalled, but I don't have the heart to take away all her toys and books.

Well, first of all, I didn't toss all toys from China. Luckily we didn't have any recalled ones.
How about a push toy? Or a learning table? Ava loved her push toys at that age. They all made music and lit up and really motivated her to walk. Also, the Fisher Price Baby Grand Piano was wonderful and still is.

I didn't toss a thing_ I didn't own any of the recalled toys but anyway those were VOLUNTARY recalls- meaning that they were not dangerous at normal usage levels but as a public relation issue, they felt they had to do it.
Sorry but if it were a huge issue, ALL of our children would be suffering from lead posioning right now.
On the other note, I actually wanted to know where you got Hannah's car- I want to get one for Grace.

Have you tried rotating her toys? So you take away some old ones, and rotate them so she always has "new" toys in her bin?

Christine, I got it at Buy Buy Baby and used a 20% off coupon It's a push toy and car.

Great idea Liza...unfortunately DD never received toys as gifts so she doesn't have many. I try to buy a few here and there.
She does have certain toys upstairs and other downstairs? she even has a little basket in my room and hers. Does that count as rotating???
