Need new restaurant recommendations since Huntington's St. Paddy's Parade will be the same day as my party

We finally decided on a restaurant for my son's christening on March 14th and now I just found out that's the day of the parade. Obviously, I don't want to have to deal with 50,000 people and parking issues. My church is in Melville and we're looking for a place to accomodate about 40 people under $32.00 pp. Suggestions??????

You could head down south to Amityville and go to the Bulldog. I had my baby shower there and they were great. Large upstairs party room, and I think you can get it for less than $32pp.

We got married in Melville (St. Elizabeth) and had our reherasal dinner at Bonwit Inn in Hauppauge. Not sure if it's still there and if it's any good anymore, this was 4.5 years ago. Since both were right off of the Northern State it wasn't too far.
