Re: Need NC Realtor Rec. for rentals

You really don't need a realtor to rent any apartment in Raleigh.

It's not like in NY. Most apartment complex have their own people on the premises. They have a "sales" desk.

There is so much competition, they have sales reps ready to show you the apartment. You don't even need an appointment.

But how do you find the rental complexes? Do you know of anywhere I can look them up for her? She's not home and will be traveling there tomorrow. Thanks so much!Chat Icon

Re: Need NC Realtor Rec. for rentals

go to apartment.com

They have a bunch of listing.

Good area to be in:

North Raleigh (bunch of them) - it's higher end and nicer.
Six Forks area
West Glenwood Rd (I think!)

Where does she want to be in Raleigh?
