Need info on paver patios

Has anyone had a large patio installed over grass? If so can you tell me rough cost for everything. We are looking at putting in a 20x20 patio but have no idea what something like this would cost. Probably using nicoloc pavers....

Also if anyone has any recommendation in Suffolk would greatly appreciate! We want to do this soon!

DIY or done by professional?

And by installing over grass, you mean vs. over an existing concrete patio?

wWe were thinking of having someone do it but if the cost is ridiculous we may attempt it on our own.... and yes, over grass, our yard today has nothing in it, TIA :)

maybe this will help estimate:

we are having a 34x5 path done in nicolock pavers and its about $7.65 a square foot. They are tearing up the old path, but also digging up a grassy area for part of the path, half and half!!

so 20x20 pation is 400 sq ft + about $3,060

hope that helps!!!

Last year we did a 25x30 patio. The install price with all the bases needed, paver and labor was $9 sq/ft. We also did a 20x4 walkway to the pool. The material we used is E.P.Henry Imperial
