Need help with Weight Watchers, some general questions?
I bought the starter kit, but alot of things are not included in the food companion book. I was looking for Perdue Short Cuts and couldnt find the point values.
Is there a calculator to figure out the point values...or not anymore?
Also, what is a healthy amount of serving of fruit a day?
What vegetables DO have a point value?

You can buy a calculator at weight watchers, you can log on to weightwatchers.com and use etools, or you can also download an app for your phone.
I generally have about 3-4 servings of fruit per day.
I think peas, corn and potatoes are the veggies that have points.
