Need help with temporary fencing...
The new place we are moving into has no fence or gate on one side of the house.. The landlord said he may put a fence up this year. We have a 3 year old and I need some type of fence to keep him from running out of the yard. He will never be out there by himself, but it still needs to be there.. There is also no fence between our yard and our neighbors yard. But she has a locked gate on the other side of her house so if he gets into her yard, he can't get out the other side. I am going to rig up our play yard that has 14 panels and figure something out for now. I also have an idea about the driveway guard they have that retracts. It is 3 feet high and 30 feet long. I just don't know how long either of them will last or hold up.. Is there some type of temporary fencing that won't break the bank? Thanks

Maybe deer fencing? We just put some up across 100 feet and it was pretty affordable.

I used wire fencing with posts because our neighbor's fence is falling down and we need to keep the dog/kids in our yard. Like you, we're renting so I'm not going to absorb the costs of installing a fence. The 3ft high roll of 50ft of wire was about $35 and then we used about 8posts which are about 4-5 bucks a piece. Re: Need help with temporary fencing...
I have dogs & bought about 4 of these panels, plus the gate option for the side of my house so we could come & go & it didn't look like crap...(I bought one with a sunburst design on it...they had a bunch at the store..bought it over a year ago)
Fencing at Lowes
I used rolls of inexpensive wire fencing with posts for the rest of my yard...worked great...the panels have small steaks that go in the ground & then you put the fencing into that. HTH!
