Need help with how much to pay a nanny
for 1 day . She will come to me for 6 hours. I have 2 girls, newborn and almost 2 year old. I am not sure what to pay?
edited to say I have my friend watching the girls 1 day a week for me too for 6 hours and I am paying her 100. Do I do the same or will it be more b/c its a nanny?

if she is only coming to your home one day (or one day a week, not sure what you mean) i would pay her by the hour. i think anything between $15 and $20 an hour is reasonable for 2 young kids.
ETA: i think $100 for that day is a good price
