Need help with back pain
My back has been hurting so much lately. It's always in the same place, and usually happens when I sit too long. Does anyone have any good stretches I could do to help it. I'm not sure what is safe to do while PG. This 3rd trimester is killing me!!!

I used to place a pillow int he small of my back and bend myself backwards for a little bit. It's not totally comfy, but I felt like it reversed the back pain for a litle while anyway.
