Need help... where can I find a bedrail...
for a toddler bed? All the ones I find are for twin beds or larger. We need to get one ASAP as Jesse is now climbing out of his crib by putting his leg over the top of the railing. We cannot put off moving him into the bed. Please help!

Re: Need help... where can I find a bedrail...
You're not really suppose to put a rail on a toddler bed so I dont think you'll find one specifically for that purpose. I have a regular one that is adjustable though and I had that on my DD's toddler bed. I think it was First Years. The whole idea of not using one on a toddler bed (or even a platform) is that a mattress and box spring keep it in place and if it slides out, the child could get caught in it. With no box spring, it has the potential to slide out. With ours, I checked the thing so many times but I didnt see any way she could possibly get caught in it. My toddler bed has a little lip on it and I was able to push the rail in far enough that the plastic part that slides under the mattress was inside the lip and it stayed tight. HTH

Thanks. I'll have to check the design of the bed and the rails I find in the store.

I got one at BRU. I know it fits a toddler bed because we put the rails on my nieces toddler bed and used it for DD as a crib when we were visiting (before DD could stand in the crib).
ETA: it didn't specifically say it was for a toddler bed. We just measured the bed and then went to the store and found the rail that had the proper measurement.

Do you know which one you bought?

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure of which one I bought. I just went to the BRU website to look for you but it is not coming up. The crib mattress is about 52 inches. The rails that we bought were about that length (maybe 48 inches). It came with 2 in the box. I'll call my sister tonight to look on the rails to see if they say what company they are from.

they do not make bedrails for toddler beds, unless it comes with your crib. I have the same problem with Jake when I wanted to change his crib to the daybed/toddler bed. Every store just told me to put pillows on the floor.
