Need help... What do i wear?
I have sort of an interview on thrusday. I left my company in May b.c it was getting too much with the kids, commute, daycare, etc
So, an outside agent called me and they want me to be a project manager for a large acct. It would be part time and I can work from home. They want me to come to their office Thurs morning to go over details and make me an offer. I don't know if I'll accept or not, but anyway... What do I wear. My last office was casual unless I had a meeting. I don't have any suits b.c I haven't worn them in a while
Was thinking nice dress pants, dressy short sleeve top and heals. Is that good? Too casual? Should I wear a skirt?

Do you have blazer? I would do blazer and pants if you have. If not, maybe a nice cardigan over a shell with pants and heels?

Honestly, I would invest in a suit and wear that. A suit is a wardrobe staple and I feel everyone should have at least one in their closet because you never know what can come up that you may need a suit for. All my jobs have always had a caual office environment but interviews are always in a suit.

I agree. I thought about the pants too but I think a skirt will be better.
I don't think you need a suit since they in essence know they probably want to hire you and reached out to you. Just make sure that the skirt/shirt is professional looking, even if it means you go out and buy something.

I interview candidates at my office pretty frequently and I don't care about pants or flats, I am OK with either, but I don't like short sleeves.
I think it's different for you, though, because they know you and want you to work there, this is to see if you want them!
