Need help understanding ivf cycle

I don't think I get this yet! I went in this am for sonogram. Stinking for 3 days. My estrogen was 67 and I had 4 follies at 10 9 8 and 6. That seems kinda big but IMO really low amount of follies? They are keeping my meds the same! 3 75 of Gon f and 1 menopur and then told me to start ganirelix earlier,tomm that is?

I have no clue what to make of this and they said it's still early. I am stressed bc I am not really getting all this?

I'm 32, fsh around 6. One tube left and have endo and pcos. My pcos is only characteristic of lh/fsh ratio. I am not overweight or abnormal in cycles etc....

Any experienced ppl able to give me insight?
