Need Help--Need CEMA from BOA
Does anyone know how I can get one within a month? I am hearing 6 to 8 weeks?

I never did it because they could not say for sure if they would be done in 30 days and I would loose my rate.

smart move, i have been in the mtg industry for almost 10 years and BOA is the absolute worst lender to get a cema from and the worst lender to refi with. they would have kept you hanging around for at least 3 months. hope everything went well with your new lender and that you are saving money with your new loan
