Need help finding a toy!

I'm hoping someone can help me. DD LOVES her Baby Einstein playmat - specifically the light up star that plays music. We use it all the time and today, it sounds as if it's starting to die :( I changed the batteries, but it's still making a horrible noise. I don't want to buy a whole new mat - but I need something that I can hang above that lights/plays music. Any suggestions? I'm desperate!!

Re: Need help finding a toy!

Maybe you can go to their website or call their customer service department and order a replacement. I have done this with a few toys, never baby einstein, but fisher price, even flow and peg perego all offer replacement parts for their items. Fisher price even replaced the toy for my rain forest high chair when it stopped working for free. Good luck.

Re: Need help finding a toy!

try two different new batteries. This happened with our mobile and even though we put in "new" batteries, it didn't perform. Then we tried different ones and it worked.
